to support CTM eContracts, CTMOne, CTM Property Management, Smart eContracts, enhanced feature
sets and other products offered by CTM.
We recognize that when you visit our Web site and
provide us with information, you trust that that we will act responsibly and keep
your information secure.
Below, you'll find our Privacy Policy in its entirety. It's subject to change

What information does CTMSoftware.com or
CTMeContracts.com collect from site visitors?
You can visit CTMSoftware.com without telling us who you are or revealing any
personal information. While we do log IP addresses (the Internet address of a
computer) — and use cookies to track user sessions and page views on
our site, we only use such data to analyze overall user trends, device types, and
individual users remain anonymous. Tracking user sessions and page views helps
us understand how visitors use our site, which areas are most popular, and how
long visitors spend there.
Once logged in we collect the content,
communications and other information you provide when you use our products,
including when you sign up for an account, create content and message or
communicate with others via the CTM service. We do not sell your personal
information to third parties. We may share your personal information with
third parties (e.g. MLS) who offer services of benefit to our users where the
integration of CTM with those sites serves the interests of our customers.
We may partner with third party ad networks to
display advertising on our website. Our ad network partner may use cookies or
Web beacons to collect non-personal information about your activities on this
and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your content.
How is my email address or other personal
information used?
CTM Software uses email addresses and other personal information submitted
through our Web site to reply to your requests for information about our
products, services, and other general information.
We will need certain details — such as your name,
email address, postal address, or phone number in order to respond to your
inquiries and provide you with more information on those
services. We do not share your email address with any third parties.
What is CTM eContracts product and why is my
information needed?
CTM eContracts is an online software that allows users to create and write
interactive digital real estate contracts and securely share confidential
information from anywhere, anytime. Because CTM eContracts is Web based, it
requires the use of first and last names, billing contact information, credit
card, login name, password and a valid email address. Therefore, at a
minimum, we require such necessary information during the registration process.
What information does CTM Software Online
gather/track and how is it used?
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Because of the nature of
our product, we must collect personal information from users during the
registration process, including (at minimum) first and last names, an email
address, login, password, billing contact information and credit card
information. When a user registers online for a free trial of the service, CTM
Software Online will take steps to validate the credit card and billing
information supplied to us to ensure it is accurate. We also use this
information to determine your eligibility for our one-time free trial offer.
The credit card information supplied will then be used to establish your
subscription with us should you decide to continue the service after the free
trial has ended. Your email address may be used to send you periodic
newsletters from CTM Software Online and CTM eContracts. Users can opt out
of promotional emails at any time, but will still receive communications such
as receipts, confirmation emails and customer service updates that are
considered necessary to provide the service to you. We use the information
collected to deliver services, process payments, update our records,
communicate with you about products and services and generally maintain your
accounts with us.
CTM eContracts in-session information is
end-to-end encrypted. "In-session information" includes all screen
sharing data, keyboard/mouse control data and text chat information. This
information is never exposed in unencrypted form while within CTM eContracts Online communication infrastructure servers or during
transmission across public or private networks. Because of our commitment
to present the best possible product to all our users, we track the category of
services selected by our individual users as well as all information pertaining
to user satisfaction. To ensure the quality of our product, we reserve the
right to maintain evaluation and feedback records.
SESSION RECORDS: To maintain our quality of
service and to assist in the analysis of product performance, we may also
gather data on connection information, including the timing and size of all
packets sent over the Internet during a session. The gathered information is
used only to ensure the highest quality experience possible at CTM eContracts.
SECURITY INFORMATION: CTM eContracts Online also
collects certain standard information about your computer for security and
identification purposes. This information may include: IP addresses, domain
names, access times, cookies, and other uniquely identifying information. This
information is used for the operation of the service, to identify and protect
our customers and to control unauthorized use or abuse of our services. All
information is encrypted during transmission and is stored securely within our
servers.
COOKIES: A cookie is a small data file that
certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. We use cookies
to track user traffic patterns and hold certain registration information. When
registering at CTM eContracts Online sites, we use cookies to store
unique, randomly assigned user IDs that we generate for administrative
purposes. These cookies enable you to enter the CTM eContracts Online
sites without having to log on each time.
The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers
will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to
have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable
cookies altogether. You can still review the Web site if you choose to set your
browser to refuse all cookies; however, you must enable cookies in order to
establish an account.
With whom does CTM Software Online share the
information?
CTM may share specific information gathered with
industry partners such as State MLS organizations, where there is a clear
benefit to CTM users. CTM may also use the information on our site to generate
new product offerings of interest to our customers. Some aggregated user
information may also be shared with advertisers.
How can I review, correct and update my personal
information?
If you wish to change your personal information,
go to your My Personal Information page where you can change your user name,
email address and password, as well as update your credit card and billing information.

How does CTM Software Online protect my
information from loss, misuse or alteration?
CTM Software Online uses industry-standard
efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of personally identifiable
information, including encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer).
CTM Software Online is not liable for loss of passwords due to user
carelessness. If you lose control over your password, you may lose control over
your personally identifiable information. If you believe your password has been
compromised, you should immediately change your password.
What does CTM Software Online do with Recommend Us/Referral
information?
If a user elects to use our referral service,
Recommend Us, for informing a friend about our site, we ask the user for the
friend's name and email address. At your request, the friend will then receive
a one-time automated email inviting them to a free trial of CTM eContracts.
CTM Software Online does not store the mail
sent, but does keep a record of to whom it was sent. To request the removal of
this information from our database, the friend may contact CTM Software Online
by sending a message to
